The following students brought home blue ribbons at the Texas Association of Future Educators state competition:




Due to inclement weather and high winds expected in the Austin area, all districtwide after-school activities are canceled today, Jan. 10. This includes athletics, after-school care and any other events. ‬

Austin ISD is currently working on the calendar for the 2020–21 school year. The Calendar Task Force has worked very hard to prepare three calendar options. 

Navarro Theatre will be putting on The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee!  They will run the show for 2 weekends.

Students who did not pass their EOC test for ELA I, ELA II, Algebra I, or World History will have the chance to take the EOC again during the week of December 9th. Testing will not begin till December 10th. Students will receive a notfiication of which test they will be taking and when.

On Monday night, Navarro ECHS held a pre-apprentership induction ceremony for our TRIO students. The goal of the program is to teach students the job skills necessary to enter into the electircian field upon graduation.

Students who received A/B Honor Roll, A Honor Roll and/or perfect attendance for the first six weeks of the semester were awarded today. Students received a pass during their LIFE class to pick up a bag of chips congratulating them on their hard work.

 You're invited to join us for the Navarro Early College High School Naming Ceremony on Saturday, October 5th. 

Following the parade, Superintendent Dr. Cruz and other members will host the ceremony. Following the ceremony, their will be light refreshments. 


Congratulations to last year (2018-19) junior and senior Green Teens. They received teh Youth Achievement Award.
