Navarro Early College High School offers scholars the opportunity to graduate with both a high school diploma and an associate degree — at no cost. Through our partnership with Austin Community College (ACC), students earn up to 60 college credit hours while completing their high school requirements.
The ECHS program is designed to give students a head start on college and career pathways by blending high school and college coursework into a single, rigorous, and supportive experience. Scholars attend classes on both the Navarro ECHS campus and ACC, gaining firsthand experience in college-level learning environments.
In addition to saving thousands of dollars in future college tuition and fees, ECHS scholars develop essential academic and professional skills that prepare them for success beyond high school. They benefit from:
-
Small learning communities with personalized advising and mentoring.
-
Dual support systems from AISD and ACC staff.
-
Flexible pathways leading to a variety of associate degrees and career fields.
-
Transferable college credits that can be applied toward four-year universities.
ECHS is a proud, inclusive program that welcomes both in-district and out-of-district student transfers who are motivated to pursue higher education and take advantage of this unique opportunity.
Our goal is to empower students to see themselves as college scholars from day one, ensuring that every graduate is college-ready, career-prepared, and debt-free.
