Student Data Changes

The parent(s)/guardian(s) of a student may request certain changes to their student's data, such as their home address, emergency contacts, restrictions, legal name, etc.

All data changes that require additional documentation must be done in person with the Office of the Registrar and cannot be made in the AISD Parent Portal. Please note that some changes may require additional documentation to be completed and/or submitted.

One of the following documents listed below must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar in order to initiate an address change.

  • ​​​​Current Lease Agreement; or
  • Recent (within 45 days) Utility Bill; or
  • Recent (within 45 days) Mortgage Statement; or
  • Recent Property Tax Receipt

One of the following documents listed below must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar in order to initiate a name / gender change.

  • Birth Certificate
  • Official Court Order

The following document listed below must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar in order to initiate a social security number change.

  • Social Security Card
