New Student Registration

Welcome to Navarro Early College High School, where our primary focus is on preparing students for post-secondary readiness, whether that be for College, Career, or Life. At Navarro, we believe in providing students with a well-rounded high school experience that can include athletics, early college programs, fine arts, and career and technical education. 

All new families must complete online registration and gather all required documents prior to finalizing the enrollment process. As Austin ISD and Navarro Early College High School can no longer process paper registration forms, all new student enrollment must be completed online.

Please note that only parents/guardians are able to use the online registration system. For assistance with the AISD Parent Portal or Enroll Austin, please contact Parent Technology Support at (512) 414-9187.

Create and/or Login to your AISD Parent Portal and select the "Enroll Austin" tile to begin the online registration process. Online registration must be completed prior to attempting to enroll your student at Navarro.

Austin ISD and Navarro Early College High School requires a parent/guardian to provide the following documents to complete the registration process:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Social Security Card (If applicable)
  • Immunization Records
  • Withdrawal Records/Academic Transcript (If applicable)
  • Proof of Parent/Guardian Identity
  • Proof of Residency (Select one) — The parent/guardian of a non-homeless student (or person with whom the parent/guardian is residing) must provide proof of residency to enroll the student as follows:
    • Current Lease Agreement; or
    • Recent (within 45 days) Utility Bill; or
    • Recent (within 45 days) Mortgage Statement; or
    • Recent Property Tax Receipt
  • Proof of Guardianship (If applicable) — If the student lives in the District with someone other than the student's parent, guardian, or other person having lawful control under a court order, the following must be provided to the Office of the Registrar:
    • A notarized letter from the student's parent, guardian, or other person having lawful control under a court order assigning responsibility for the student in all school-related matters to an adult resident of the District; and
    • The adult resident assuming responsibility for the student must complete and submit a Guardianship Statement with the Office of Student Services located at 4000 S IH-35 Frontage Road, Suite 151, Austin, TX 78704.
Now that you have finished the online registration and have all the required documents ready, it is time to visit us to finalize the process of enrolling your student!
Once the enrollment process has been finalized, your student will visit with their assigned academic counselor to discuss the selection of courses, endorsements, and pathways.
