New Student Registration

All prospective families must complete the following prior to registering their child at Navarro. Only parents/guardians are able to use the online registration system. If you have any questions or need assistance with the Parent Portal or Enroll Austin, please contact Parent Technology Support at (512) 414-SEAT (7328).

Step 1: Create or log into your Parent Portal Account: https://portal.austinisd.org

Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Austin” tile to register your student online.

Step 3: Receive registration confirmation email from Austin ISD.

Step 4: Bring all necessary documents to Navarro to complete registration, including but not limited to:

  • Student’s Birth Certificate
  • Student’s Social Security Card (If applicable)
  • Student’s Immunization Records
  • Student’s Withdrawal Record/Academic Transcript (If applicable)
  • Proof of Parent/Guardian Identity (Select One)
    • Driver's License
    • Identification Card
    • Passport
    • Military Identification Card
  • Proof of Address (Select One)
    • Current Lease Agreement
    • Current Mortgage Statement
    • Current Utility Bill
    • Current Property Tax Agreement
  • Proof of Guardianship (If applicable)
    • ​​​​​​​Court Appointed Guardians
    • Another Adult (Not the Natural Parent)
    • Foster Parents
