Graphic Design and Interactive Media

The Graphic Design and Interactive Media Program of Study prepares students for careers in visual communication, digital design, and multimedia production. Students develop creative and technical skills used in advertising, branding, web design, animation, and digital content creation. The program emphasizes industry-standard software, design principles, and project-based learning to prepare students for college, certifications, and creative careers.

Students will learn to:

  • Apply principles of design, color theory, and composition
  • Create digital artwork and visual media using industry software
  • Develop branding, logos, and marketing materials
  • Design websites and interactive media content
  • Produce multimedia projects including animation and video
  • Build a professional design portfolio
