Information Chanages

At Navarro Early College High School, it is important to keep student records up to date. Parents, guardians, and students should notify the Registrar’s Office of any changes to personal information. Certain changes require supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with district and state policies. 

Changes that Do Not Require Supporting Documentation

As a parent or guardian, you can update the following information in person, by phone, by email, or directly through the AISD Parent Portal:

  • Parent/Guardian Contact Information
  • Emergency Contact Information

Changes that Require Supporting Documentation

To update the following items on your student’s record, supporting documentation must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar. Requests can be made in person or via email, along with a copy of your photo ID. The Office of the Registrar will review your submission and notify you once the change has been approved.

All address change requests must be submitted with supporting documentation. Changes require the original or a certified copy of one of the following:

  • Current lease agreement
  • Recent utility bill (within 45 days)
  • Recent mortgage statement (within 45 days)
  • Recent property tax receipt

All legal name change requests must be submitted with supporting documentation. Changes to the first, middle and/or last name, suffix or sequence of legal names will require the original or a certified copy of one of the following:

  • Adoption Papers
  • Birth Certificate
  • Court Order (Must show new legal name)
All Social Security Number (SSN) change requests must be submitted with supporting documentation. Please provide your student’s Social Security card, signed by the student, for verification.
