High school diplomas are issued to students upon graduation as a ceremonial document recognizing the completion of graduation requirements. Diplomas are not considered official academic records. Students and alumni are strongly encouraged to request an official transcript when proof of graduation or academic history is required, as transcripts serve as the official academic record.
Diploma Replacement Requests
Students who graduated with the Class of 2024 or later may request a duplicate diploma by completing the steps outlined below.
Students who graduated with the Class of 2023 or earlier are not eligible to request a duplicate diploma through Herff Jones. Diplomas for those graduating classes were produced by a previous vendor that no longer has access to the district’s diploma template.

- Copy of Official High School Transcript
- Check or Money Order for $45

- Complete the Herff Jones Duplicate Diploma Request Form.
- Request and obtain a copy of your official high school transcript.
