The Office of the Registrar provides education verification services for former students. An education verification confirms a student’s enrollment history, dates attended, and graduation status. This service is commonly requested by employers, colleges, scholarship programs, and government agencies.

Education verifications are official records of a student’s enrollment and academic status. Please note that the Registrar’s Office does not release transcripts or grades through this service. If verification of coursework or official grades is needed, a separate transcript request must be submitted.

How to Request an Education Verification

Third-party agencies or organizations should submit requests to the Office of the Registrar by email at navarroregistrar@austinisd.org or by fax at (512) 414-6424. Requests will not be accepted by phone.

Information to Include:

• Student’s full name
• Date of birth
• Years attended at Navarro Early College High School
